The name speaks directly to the story behind the collection, connecting Caamp’s homegrown rise out of the Columbus area with a team that has long been woven into the city’s baseball culture.

Caamp is a Columbus-rooted indie folk band founded by childhood friends Taylor Meier and Evan Westfall, who grew up together in a Columbus suburb before beginning to write and perform music together in 2012. The Columbus Clippers are a Triple-A baseball club established in 1977, the top affiliate of the Cleveland Guardians since 2009, and longtime representatives of the city who have called Huntington Park home since it opened that same year.
