Covet Dance Flex Force Weights, FFW-2

You already know dance is hard. Early mornings, late rehearsals, and a body that never really gets a day off. So naturally, we made something to make it even harder. You're welcome.

Flex Force Weights are ankle and wrist weights designed specifically for dancers who refuse to settle for good enough. Wear them on your ankles to fire up your tendus and build the leg strength behind those higher extensions, or strap them on your wrists to bring serious intention to your épaulement and arm lines. From barre work to center combinations, they integrate seamlessly into class so you can make every single exercise count.

Coated in super soft silicone for all-day comfort, these weights feel as good as they look...and they look really good! The bold, geometric color design means you'll actually want to be seen wearing them, which is more than we can say for most conditioning equipment

Compact enough to toss in your dance bag, they're the kind of training tool that looks cute on the outside and absolutely means business on the inside.

What makes Flex Force Weights a serious dancer's secret weapon:

• Ankle AND wrist versatility so one weight gives you twice the torture possibilities
• Soft silicone coating for comfort that keeps up with even the longest workouts
• Compact & portable and fits neatly in the included mesh zip bag and then slips right into your dance bag
• Not just for dance because your Pilates, yoga, and cross-training days deserve the same suffering
